To actualize the scientific data sharing in advanced manufactring and automation fields to enhance our independent innovation capability is very significant for improving our technological level and product quality in manufactring industry and accelerating the development of national economy. The International Symposium on Advanced Manufactring and Scientific Data Sharing will be great opportunity to communicate the advanced technology on manufacture fields, to promote the use of scientific data and knowledge and harness the benefits of the Information Society to reach scientific and developmental targets.

This International Symposium will be held in Beijing, P. R. China on 18-19 October 2007, under the auspices of China Machinery Industry Federation. It will gather 300 attendees from industry, research institutions, universities and government to discuss and exchange ideas of practical, technological and industrial issues related to Advanced Manufactring and Data Sharing.
